Kandy Kid I and II at Bass Lake Boat Fest 2998   The Kandy Kid I was built in 1947, Completely restored in 2008 to original condition. Miller Custom Boats did the hull restoration, Owners Kim and George did a beautiful job restoring the engine, seats, side and floor panels, installations. Kandy Kid 1 won "BEST RESTORATION" at the Bass Lake Boat Fest.       Complete Restoration on 20' Miller         FLAT NASTY         January 2008 Shop Shots         KANDY KID   This is the "original" KANDY KID. We are starting 2 new projects this month, an early 1950's 24' Cambell Cruiser and the original 1947 "Kandy Kid", both wood projects. The 24' Miller Custom w/Ribbon grain Sapele Mahogany decks is ready for installation (twin blown small block Chevies, aluminum heads and whipple chargers). That will be coming in the shop.
